Privacy policy

1. Data controller

Data processing is primarily governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nFADP) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation.

2. Data we may process

• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, date, time and logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
• Contact data: name, country, email, telephone, program of interest and message when provided by email, WhatsApp or an enabled form.
• Enrolment and payment data: program, amount, transaction reference and status. Full card details are processed by PayPal, not this site.

The contact form transmits the stated data to the server so it can be sent to the published email address. It does not create an account or store the enquiry in this site's database; the hosting provider may retain technical logs under its own policies and obligations.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Deliver, maintain and technically protect the site.
• Respond to enquiries and provide requested information.
• Manage requests, enrolments, payments and related support.
• Meet accounting, contractual and legal obligations.
• Defend rights and prevent fraud or misuse.

Where the GDPR applies, processing may rely on pre-contractual or contractual steps, consent, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and user support, as appropriate.

4. Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and for periods required by legal, accounting or claims-related obligations. It is then reasonably deleted or anonymised.

5. Providers and international transfers

We may use providers that process data to deliver their services:

• Hosting provider: technical delivery and security of the site.
• PayPal: checkout, payment methods and fraud prevention when you choose to pay.
• WhatsApp/Meta: communication when you choose that channel.
• Google Fonts: delivery of interface fonts.

These providers may process data in other countries under their own policies and legal transfer mechanisms. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies and external services

The site currently installs no first-party analytics or advertising tools. External services that you open, such as PayPal or WhatsApp, may use cookies and technologies governed by their own policies.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion and, where applicable, restriction, objection or portability. You may also withdraw consent for future processing. A reasonable identity check may be required.

If you believe your data is processed contrary to applicable law, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) ↗ or the competent authority in your place of residence where applicable.

8. Security and minors

We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is entirely infallible. Programs and forms are intended for adults; we do not intentionally request children's data.
